Appetite for Destruction

Chocolate is good.  So is coffee.  But too much of either one keeps us up late, watching infomercials for kitchen implements and exercise bikes at 3am.  How do we know what’s good for us and what’s not?  And even when we find something good, how do we keep it from becoming too much of a good thing?  If we don’t sort out and manage our hopes, aspirations, and appetites, we can be left with a smoldering pile of rubble at our feet and a “what happened?” expression on our faces.  Join us for a series of talks that brings some focus to our wants and needs and hopefully keeps us from developing an appetite for destruction.
